- Q: Which areas do you provide vermin and pest control for?
- A: Galloway and Ayrshire.
- Q: Are you a member of any trade organisation?
- A: Yes we are full servicing members of the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) and we adhere to their code of practice.
- Q: Can you provide a regular (contract) service?
- A: Yes we can. We provide a standard of 8 treatments per annum.
- Q: What does a regular contract involve? (time between visits etc)
- A: A regular business contract treating rodents would normally be 8 treatments per annum, (approx 6 weeks between visits) with a call out service built in. Inspections would be carried out, treatment of any pests found, and onsite report book completed at end of visit.
- Q: Are the bait boxes cat/dog proof? I have pets
- A: Our bait boxes are tamper resistant to both humans and animals
- Q: My barn is over-run with rats. Can you help?
- A: Yes we can. Our company specialises in treating farm buildings against rodents and preventing re-infestation.
- Q: We run an egg production farm and want to keep it rodent free. Can you provide a control/eradication service for us?
- A: Yes we can. We currently service a number of poultry/egg production units including Aviagen and Noble Foods.
- Q: Are your technicians trained and certificated?
- A: Our technicians are qualified to RSPH (Royal Society Protection of Health) Pest Management Level 2. We are members of Wildlife Aware and Basis Prompt Continued Professional Development Scheme. Our technicians are fully insured, polite, friendly and discreet.
